@Oceanbreeze473 Having piloted to that spot in a beaver, lived in AK, and made a living in the bears...this was not his intent and shouldn't be romanticized. He caused a bear to be killed that would have otherwise lived a full bear life. Caused himself and his GF to die based on stupidity!

Do you know what this cast iron pan is for?
It was given to me long ago, and I had never used it because I didn't even know what it was for.
But, this past year, I used it to make some little crustless quiche wedges, and they are delicious!

@trumpsmyman @wilsonhlthcoach Speaking of keto, you can still make a pretty decent cornbread. I use almond meal instead of almond flour, which gives you great texture, and sweet corn extract for flavor. Makes a good hushpuppy too.

@wilsonhlthcoach I do know...I have one. I used to use mine for making cornbread before I went keto. My ex wife tried to kill me with quiche so I'm going to have a really hard time saying that yours look yummy. :)

A tale of 2 coops-
Our last one was very aesthetically pleasing , square, easy to build, but expensive. Almost $2k
This one was about 75% material on hand, unsquare, patched together, and far less pleasing to the eye and harder to build.
BUT, only about $400 extra out of pocket
