Something new is happening in PSBs. Earlier Bankers used to be deployed in Election Campaigns but as the Government has drastically reduced govt jobs in most of the department , now for Census also Bankers are being called for almost a mo th lo g program. The Bankers will be compensated as per the guidelines but who will compensate the Banks for the loss. The PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS are listed companies and Public also have share in it. For the government campaigns the bankers are being deployed in large numbers. Who will be responsible for this loss to Public ? And then the Public at large try to compare the PSBs with Private Banks. Why don't this public protest when the manpower is taken out from every branch kn the name of Census. @DFS_India @kmarkri @iNitinTyagi

Why won't wages grow? In India, wages won't grow much until we hit the Lewis Transition. The Lewis Transition point is when a developing country exhausts all the supply of rural labor that wants to move out of agriculture and into manufacturing. Because India has 40% of its labor in agriculture, there's still a lot more labor that needs to be drained out of agriculture and into industry. There's still a decade to go for wages to rise sustainably.

If businesses become unprofitable, the owners will close it down, simple as that.. They take the risks and the profits, and that is how it will always work. If you don't like the salary, don't work there.

When I think of Lok Sabha strength being increased from 543 to 850, my first thought is not smaller constituencies, more responsive representatives, and all that. It is - 307 more VIPs. That many more entitled rulers, free tickets, perks, security, expense, sigh.

Motherson ग्रुप की नेटवर्थ 1250000 करोड़ रुपए हैं , लेकिन इसमें काम करने वाले भूखे मरने के कगार पर हैं ! सिर्फ नोएडा में इसके कई ब्रांच हैं जिसमें 10 हजार के लगभग लड़के लड़कियां काम करते हैं , ये लोग सिर्फ 18 से 30 तक की उम्र के लड़के लकड़ियों लेते हैं ! नए लड़कों का तो PF ESI तक नहीं काटते, ऊपर की पोस्ट वालों को अच्छा पैसा मिलता हैं इसलिए वो मजे मारते हैं , जबकि असली काम करने वाले को सिर्फ 10 हजार रुपए मिलते हैं ! सरकार एक विदेशी को इतना छूट कैसे दे सकती हैं कि वो हमारे देश के युवाओं का शोषण कर सकें !

Blame whoever you want - greedy factory owners, violent protestors, unreasonable domestic workers - but it won’t change the fact that urban India has priced out the very workers who hold it together. When government schools fail, they have to shell exorbitant monies for private education. When public healthcare suffers, they end up paying for private clinics (or worse, quacks). Affordable housing barely exists, and even EWS units in condominiums get captured and rented out. And all of this sits on top of relentless inflation.
