There have been a million posts about how GLP1s like Tirzepatide and Retatrutide eliminate food noise... and food noise is the most noticeable, because its the most powerful, but it eliminates all sorts of other noise as well. The appeal of alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, video games... let’s call it temptation noise... is muted as well.

There is zero chance I’ll be running many of these peptides by themselves anymore with the blends (that proven when targetting similar pathways despite different mechanisms still work) that are out there.
I haven’t ran mots and, 5-amino, and nad and all that stuff yet, but you can bet your ass those on their own arent moving the needle enough for me to take them individually lol with everything else in the engine.
Despite it being made fun of (the color), the nad, 5-amino, mots combo sounds fun on paper and would like to try that pre workout.
Or Elite Research offers omega, combining Mots with SS-31.
Truly is testosterone, GLP, and GH and the rest will be random shit while entering a more “true” muscle gain phase. Just increased the TRT after years long 150mg-180mg, where I held 1200 total and high free levels.
Floating going forward will be 240mg a week.
Blood markers back in April give me a VERY long leash, as well as the insane level of micro supplementing I did anyways for insulin and cardiovascular health.

A lot of my recent changes on my approach with peptides actually came from listening to some of @rorynotsorry content, as well as some posts regarding if he had to actually dissect it, a lot of them “juice isn’t worth the squeeze”.
I think I’m out of the “gotta try it phase” and I have my main focus, GLP, GH, and my own hormone and potential anabolic-soon, research.
But will continue to stock up and focus on having supply from the vendors I use (Crush, Elite, Biolongevity, to name a few ) so far. Who have been nothing short of fucking badass.
But in reality, the needle for me was test cypionate dose increase, tirz/reta, GHs, and a wicked cut and protocol over 8 months.
