I built an AI system that automates product video creation for entire e-commerce catalogs.
(Saves ~$30K per collection shoot and boosts on-site conversion rates by ~20%)
Here's what the system does under the hood:
→ Firecrawl pulls product images straight from any e-commerce collection URL
→ Calico AI turns them into realistic model videos capturing fit, texture, and movement
→ Every video starts and ends on the original product shot for seamless looping
→ Output is auto-labeled, sorted, and pushed directly to Google Drive
→ The entire pipeline runs in batch — zero manual intervention
The outcome: brands can give every single SKU a video asset, not just their bestsellers — and conversion lifts are immediate.
Static images don't cut it anymore.
Buyers want to see how a product moves before they commit.
If you want the full breakdown,
Like RT & Comment "CALICO".
I'll send you the complete n8n workflow, every prompt, and a step-by-step walkthrough video — totally free. (Must be following so I can DM you.)
No more $30K production shoots.
No more wondering if your product pages are leaving money on the table.

($20K → $250K+/mo in profitable spend)
→ immediate fixes
→ short-term momentum
→ mid-term restructure
→ long-term scale

@PraHaza @roasblender 4$ an hour converted to pesos is way more than the average Filipino makes in one day. Its actually really good money in the Philippines.

Hired a Filipino customer support agent for my store.
$4/hour.
Just answering tickets and handling complaints.
Didn’t expect much beyond refunds and apologies.
About a month in, she messages me:
“Boss, why we always refund first?”
I said, “Because they’re mad and I don’t want chargebacks.”
She replied with screenshots.
WITHOUT me asking:
Every support ticket for the last 6 weeks
Organized by complaint type, response, and final order value
She noticed something I completely missed.
Customers complaining about shipping delays
were still willing to buy more.
They just wanted reassurance.
So instead of refunding, she started replying with:
“I can refund you now
or I can add a free upgrade to your order for the wait.”
Then she tracked the results.
Old approach:
Refund rate: 29%
Post-support AOV: $0
Her approach:
Refund rate: 17%
Post-support AOV: $52
Same customers.
Same problems.
Just a different response.
I didn’t fully believe it, so we tested it for 3 weeks.
No instant refunds.
Always offer a bonus, bundle, or upgrade first.
Results:
Average order value went from $41 to $63
Refunds dropped by 12%
Monthly revenue increased by $24k
Then she noticed another pattern.
Customers complaining about product quality
didn’t want their money back.
They wanted instructions.
So she started sending:
• usage tips
• short reassurance messages
• replacement offers instead of refunds
That change alone saved another $7k/month.
This wasn’t a sales rep.
Wasn’t a strategist.
Wasn’t a manager.
It was someone reading complaints all day.
The people closest to your problems
see opportunities you don’t.
If you actually listen to them.

Jaylen Brown said on stream that a ton of hair care brands have reached out:
“We didn’t go to Turkey. The flight was booked though”
He made a pitch to partner with @CECRED_OFFICIAL & Beyoncé:
“We need to know Turkey or no Turkey, and I’m not talking about no cheese sandwich.”

stop trying to sell crypto courses to nerds who pirate everything and start selling "anti-AI" shit to 67 year old plumbers with $3M in the bank
these mfs HATE technology and will pay $10k to avoid learning it
i know a guy who just closed a roofing company for $10k selling them "human-only customer service systems"
it's literally just teaching their receptionist to answer phones better
they think he's a genius
boomers are sitting on STUPID money and they're terrified of being replaced by chatgpt
here's the goldmine nobody's touching...
every plumber making $500k/year thinks AI is skynet
every electrician with 20 trucks is convinced robots are coming for him
every contractor banking millions still uses a flip phone
they'll pay ANYTHING to stay human
i'm not even joking this is free money
watch this pitch:
"while your competitors use AI, you'll have REAL HUMANS talking to customers"
"no robots, no automation, just old school service"
"be the last HUMAN company in your industry"
they cum instantly
checkbook out
"son where do i sign"
"i have a daughter you can marry"
dude i know just sold a "traditional values marketing package" for $30k
it's facebook ads with stock photos of white families
that's it
that's the whole thing
these dudes have been stacking cash since 1987 and don't know what to spend it on
their kids hate them
their wife's fucking the trainer
they just want to feel relevant
"anti-AI consulting" = telling them they're right about everything
"human-first systems" = excel spreadsheet instead of software
"traditional business methods" = exactly what they're already doing but expensive
the best part?
they BRAG about paying you
"just hired a consultant to keep us human"
"we don't use any of that AI bullshit"
"spending $50k to stay traditional"
all their boomer friends want in
referrals everywhere
country club conversations turn into $100k contracts
tech bros haggling over $497 courses
meanwhile bob's plumbing drops $25k to learn how to NOT use technology
know a mf who taught a 71 year old hvac owner to use gmail
charged him $8k
owner told him he changed his life
referred him to his golf buddies
now this guy has 6 construction companies paying him $5k/month to "protect them from AI"
he sends them a monthly newsletter saying robots are bad
that's his entire deliverable
you're trying to sell to 22 year olds who share netflix passwords
smart mfs selling to guys who own boats they can't drive
commercial real estate they forgot about
cash they literally don't know what to do with
the pitch is embarrassingly simple:
"AI is coming for everyone... except you"
"be the last human business standing"
"your customers hate talking to robots"
they eat this shit up
stop chasing broke tech bros
start farming RICH dinosaurs
they have all the money
none of the skepticism
and they're desperate to matter
your favorite construction company owner can't rotate a pdf but has $8M in equipment
and he'll pay you to keep it that way...
study the yegor method
