Hey @Starbucks is there a Splenda shortage or just a customer service shortage? I order my drink with 3 Splenda obviously I like it sweet. The past 3 flat whites I got from 3 dif stores gave it to me plain. How about asking if a sub is ok before sending me on my way unhappy?

So @Fabletics, i’ve been a VIP for a couple years now. I hate it-the worst deal ever. So I get to pay nearly $60 a month to get 1 credit, but everything in your shop is cheaper and my options are I can pay retail for less than I pay for VIP or I can use my VIP credit.

This is the last time I fly first class @AmericanAir by choice. So apparently the flagship lounge is not available (unless you pay $79) even though the website says it is for people flying transcontinental on first class. Why bother?
