great game but i think the competitive community gives me an example of what happens when a global pandemic stunts your ability to communicate, interact, and engage with other humans and why "im mature for my age" is a sign of the opposite

@GHShuffle The work to get Super Sonic made it really not hit as hard for me personally but maybe that's just because I really didn't vibe with most of Colors level design. I like Aquarium Park first act and Asteroid Coaster as well as the first two acts of Tropical Resort but that's it.

Aquarium Park is probably like the overall strongest contender for Water theme'd level in the Sonic franchise not just like level design but all elements.

@Emeralda_Chaos it was less about super sonic himself but more about how super sonic mode disables wisp powers and changes the level layouts to accomodate no wisps so you could play the whole game as non super sonic and without wisps (except boost wisp) & for me that make the game way more fun

@GHShuffle I am someone who really doesn't like any of the wisps because of how much they break the pace so drill was never going to be for me and the lack of good movement in the water otherwise makes Aquarium Park a fun level but not a great level imo.

@JETPICHU and that'll just make objectives feel pointless in festa i dont think there will be a lot of people who use DRE AND do the objective but overall i think people who wont/dont run DRE will just see most people try to run DRE and think DRE is ruining festa because WM is avaliable

@JETPICHU i dont think it should be banned actually but i think i understand why they're doing it. and yeah people who dont care for objectives will just run DRE and have a greater chance of getting good placements in the race vs people who try to do objectives

So where was nerfing gadgets when UC was around and thh I hate to be that guy but RE gadgets did not make the game unfair at all cause let me say this. Even IF we weren't allowed to boost stats the same players will still win all I'm gonna say, y'all just don't like fun lol.

@Emeralda_Chaos i fucking love drill (it was my favorite wisp) so it was a thrill for me in aqu park but i can totally see it as a flow breaker (but almost all the wisps were flow breakers so its like par the course) the jump spam stuff tho i totally get that

@GHShuffle I just think Hydrocity makes better use of its water although maybe that's just because the drill doesn't really do it for me and the 'swimming' in Sonic Colors always felt bad compared to the bubble shield and just moving through the water normally.
