People see a few cute videos online, think it can’t possibly be that adorable in real life, and then end up surrounded by curious little fur missiles demanding attention. This woman walked in expecting to meet an otter. Instead, she became the official meeting place for every otter in the building. They were on her shoulders, in her lap, nibbling at her hands, and generally acting like they’d known her forever. Her verdict? Best use of adult money she’s ever made. I get the appeal. We grew up feeding ducks at the park.
