Real feedback from someone who’s submitted 100+ cards through @GameStop grading 👇 The email says you can log into the @GameStop portal and view your submissions + grades… …but every time I try, it says “Order Not Found.” Employees tell me this is normal but honestly, it shouldn’t be. If the portal exists, collectors should be able to: ✔️ Track submissions in real time
✔️ See cards being graded
✔️ View ALL grades not just the 4 shown in the email @GameStop has done an amazing job making grading more accessible. Now imagine how powerful this would be with a working, transparent tracking system built for collectors. This is feedback because I WANT this to be the best grading experience in the industry.

@iK9cards I used a GameStop gift card to purchase a card and it’s been processing for 3 months they took my money I contacted support and they said they can’t help me till the order is completed. Literally a shit show. Going on 4 months now

Holy shit!! Buyer receives a fake PSA 8 Shining Mewtwo from Gamestop after spending $1800!! Seems like GameStop is purposely trying to get away with selling fake cards in hopes of getting someone new in the hobby that wouldn’t know the difference! Stop supporting $GME

So I buy a $715 card from @gamestop then received an email saying “delivered” to then only receiving old Xbox 360 games (what?). Good news, seems a refund is pending. Bad news, this is my second larger purchase from the store with poor service (last one was a $1500 tv that came broken). No email, no notification, nothing, nothing but stress wondering where my money and card went… Disappointed shareholder and customer these days…where my loyalty and support has gotten me… @ryancohen $GME
