These came from different stores. The return address on them is just the same. Hence the various types and packaging methods. Slabs get traded in, stored at the store until listed, then are shipped from that store. They put the main Grapevine address as the return address for everything bought on the website.

I ordered hundreds of graded cards from @gamestop and was charged $6.99 shipping per card. The issue? Every card is shipping from the same location in Texas. I can't think of a single reason why my entire order couldn't be consolidated into one shipment. It would save customers money, reduce packaging waste, and lower fulfillment costs. Hey @ryancohen, you like running companies efficiently what part of charging shipping on every individual card when they're all coming from the same warehouse is efficient?

@gamestop I visited a GameStop today in Duluth GA, advertised to close at 6pm. Got there at 5:30 and the doors were already locked but there was still a line of customers. The employee refused to let me and another potential customer in… not too sure if GameStop really wants to be around

Hey @GameStop, I'm trying to buy hundreds of graded slabs from your website, but the cart caps me at 50 items. Even worse, after I submitted payment, my entire cart was cleared. Needless to say, that's a pretty frustrating experience when you're trying to spend money. @ryancohen any chance we can get this fixed?

@gamestop Idk how yall can get away with this misleading advertising. I’ve been to 4-5 gamestops in my area. They are either shut down or not accepting trade ins. How can I expect to get this value if none of your stores will take trade ins?

Real feedback from someone who’s submitted 100+ cards through @GameStop grading 👇 The email says you can log into the @GameStop portal and view your submissions + grades… …but every time I try, it says “Order Not Found.” Employees tell me this is normal but honestly, it shouldn’t be. If the portal exists, collectors should be able to: ✔️ Track submissions in real time
✔️ See cards being graded
✔️ View ALL grades not just the 4 shown in the email @GameStop has done an amazing job making grading more accessible. Now imagine how powerful this would be with a working, transparent tracking system built for collectors. This is feedback because I WANT this to be the best grading experience in the industry.
