@JSX423 Tesla owners. Raise your hand if you back into a spot when you go to Costco or the grocery store. Why? Isn’t it hard to load your trunk that way? Then why in the hell does FSD do it and we don’t have a choice but to disengage and do it properly??

We either need FSD to only pull in nose first in parking lots (not including superchargers or eventually preferred spots). Or the front bumper cam retrofit needs to start. Here, my car has to pull forward until B pillar can see (exposing half of my car to a potential t bone situation). As the driver, I can see it's safe before the B pillar can. Tried the Rivian R2 today. I really liked it. The seats were comfy. The wind/road noise was good. Suspension felt good (comparable to Juniper Y). My favorite part is the increased cargo capacity especially in the trunk, but also the frunk. And yep, no FSD... but it does have "universal hands free" which is basically autopilot from a few years ago but no tugging the wheel. It worked well for what it is.

I hate to say it but I'll say it - to get this right is going to take an insane amount of trial and error and troubleshooting - if I think for 5 minutes I can think of a hundred different parking scenarios that the smallest tweaks would actually determine if it is a success or a failure.
