PS. This is routine servicing only, ie. Changing engine oil & oil filter + Refilling windshield washer fluid, pumping tyres back to recommended air pressure. Changing wiper blades if worn, if fully dirty .... changing Engine and AC filter. I would still make a tyre shop rotate my wheels cause my van is lifted.

🚘 Decided to service my vehicle recently and I regret not doing this years ago 💪. Now I service all my vehicles (& dirt bike) for about 20% the cost. I always assumed it would be too time consuming. Dealers told me it takes a few hrs but it's actually up to 30 focused mins.

@vaewest The driver didn't make any agreement with a Wrecker company. TA and the wrecker company made an agreement. TA is accountable to the driver. Wrecker accountable to TA.

Transport Authority, IMO, because the wrecker is only a contractor. TA and the wrecker can fight it out behind the scenes but TA is responsible.

projected to LOSE $14 billion this year alone (2026). They just raised $110 billion last month from Amazon, Nvidia, and SoftBank. Now they're using chunks of money to guarantee investors 17.5% returns... so they can pull in another ~$4 billion.
