Sometimes, you have to shame the hospitals & our govt into action. I needed vitamin k & they claimed to not have any. After going to every pharmacy attached to a hospital, my stepdad + Partner had no luck. I made one tweet about it not being available & suddenly it was.

His advice was good because it factored in the climate the vehicle is driving in. The original recommendation from the dealer doesn't factor in our hot climate in Jamaica/Caribbean.

Just saw a video with a “mechanic” out here recommending to use an oil that the vehicle is not recommended to use. The vehicle states 0W-20 but he is recommending the client to use 5W-40 because of the “climate”. If your mechanic says something like that, stop going to them.
