We must protect precious venues like Hackney's @Moth_Club & not allow poorly designed housing plans threaten its survival. But there are so many other threats to navigate. The industry is on its knees begging for help. What will it take for the Chancellor to listen and act?

During an Urgent Question on the economy I pressed the Chief Secretary to the Treasury, @darrenpjones on his bogus claim the budget has kick-started growth and the urgent need to re-engage with Europe. His guarded response was disappointing, but not as disheartening as the baleful jeers from the Conservatives when I mentioned the EU. Do the Tories still not realise BREXIT WAS A DISASTER!
