@jerryteixeira I view mine as a savings account. If you can’t eat for an extended period, fat is only good for energy. Protein is cannibalized to keep your vital organs functioning. I experienced this first hand 7 years ago.

Muscle is a longevity organ. It's not vanity. It regulates blood sugar, protects your joints, and keeps you independent as you age. That it can help you look better is just a pleasant side effect.

@ICT_Concepts Reason #3: avoid blowing up an account I’ve been trading demo account for the past three weeks and I’m still digging the hole instead of building a mountain. At times it’s really humiliating. Writing computer code is sooooo much easier than profitable trading.

There are two reasons to trade demo: 1. Learning and Teaching 2. Healing

@I_Am_The_ICT When I first started trading, the charts were all noise, then I found your concepts, and suddenly all that noise had bars and melodies, the highs, the lows, the bridges, it tells a story, and now I can speak the language. It’s beautiful.

@Cernovich @elonmusk This is not going to last long. It’s taking traffic away from websites which are the source of this knowledge. Those websites will adapt, move behind a paywall or just shut down. Then the AI scrapers will have very little to steal. And their utility will diminish over time.

Grok is the search engine that Google used to be. The results are actually what you were looking for, and then some. 10/10.
