@piersmorgan This is the entire problem. Having suffered with mental health issues my whole life, I now know the key is to allow yourself to be vulnerable and to know it is ok not to be strong all the time. For god sake please educate yourself before you upset impressionable children

I don't care. It's time we changed the narrative on mental health. Too many celebrities are using it to promote themselves & fuel self-pity. We need to tackle it head-on at school by teaching kids mental strength & resilience & I'm going to keep saying it until people listen.
