@HG7273@Coventry_City Wasps don’t hold the record by the way, concerts do, then it’s England women, then it’s the wasps as we’re not allowed to break it due to the seperation
@beanie59186661@dharvey4@FBAwayDays Correct me if I’m wrong, but how is that not the owners fault? Is Eric Ten Hag meant to repair the stadium out of his own pocket?
@mcfcBreezy@AwayDays_@ManCity Sheff wed - can’t use their attendance average as they went down during covid, 25k to 27k (so far) after being promoted to champ
Now Derby are the one anomaly to this, all the clubs you named had a drop in attendance due to being relegated, but fair play to Derby
@mcfcBreezy@AwayDays_@ManCity Sunderland - 30k to 38k after getting promoted
Portsmouth - 15k to 12k after being relegated to league 1, 17k to 18k after being promoted to league 1
Sheff Utd - 21k to 19k after being relegated to league 1, 21k to 26k after being promoted to champ…
@mcfcBreezy@AwayDays_@ManCity And we can talk about last season all we want, but now is what’s important, and we are 18th and have gone backwards despite making £20m worth of signings, that is not flying
@Harrysuhiro@AwayDays_@ManCity Playoffs last year is flying for a team like Coventry (before selling Gyokeres and Hamer). Getting relegated doesn’t cause attendances to drop, bad ownership does. Usually these are hand in hand tho, like with Coventry. hope that helps
