Absolutely this! 👇 Our bodies are the battleground on which medical science battles cancer. We are NOT the fighters, and it makes no difference if we do or don't fight, cancer doesn't care much for our personal qualities. Wishing Sarah Harding all the best.

Born in the 1st world war and married in the 2nd, my Grandad Ron Trenchard died today during (but not due to) the 2020 coronavirus pandemic. He was 102 when he died, his life spanning extraordinary British history. I've got some time today, so thought I'd tell you a bit about him
