@hubermanlab @Brady_H If you just want to finish a marathon, 18 wks of 25-35 miles per week will do it. Sub 4 you will need 30-40 m/wk with plenty 16+ miles long runs in the middle of the training block. Good luck 🫡
English

@Brady_H That would be fun. I run for 5-8mi about once a week just for fun (yes I enjoy it) so I will have to step it up. What’s a good first marathon time for someone my age, 50, who ran X country senior year HS (lighter then)? And 6 mo to train or 4 sufficient?

@messianilari When is the final verdict dropping on the 115 charges and trophies stripped?

@Lana1Malta Not that unpopular to be honest. I think it is time to start a new cycle IF Oaktree is prepared to replace these players with proper/decent replacements.
I'd include Barella, Thuram, and Calhanoglu to that group.

Parlando esclusivamente di Inter - sarei favorevole alla vendita di Bastoni e Dimarco se questo significasse passare ad un progetto basato sul 4-3-3.

What unpopular opinion about football will have you like this?
Italiano

@juvefcdotcom Fuck it. Let’s make Lucky Luciano the prez of FIGC. Jube will win the next 20 scudetto in a row, provide 10 of the starting 11 in the NT every year.
Who cares about corruption and cheating so long as Italy gets into the WC!!

🗣️ Luciano Moggi:
“They (FIGC) tried to destroy Juventus but instead they totally destroyed the Italian National Team. The system is now broken thanks to incompetent people like Gravina. In 2006, they broke all this because they broke Juventus, which had given five players to the Italian national team and four to the French one and were fighting to win the World Cup.
The atmosphere changed, they wanted to break Juve and the national team broke instead. Gravina hides behind the Federal Council, where he knows he can find friends. I hope he never comes back again.”

@lnter1908_ History is only good when it is convenient to the party trying to make a point.

@DoodleInterista @XtraAzzurri @Azzurri @FIGC Fair enough, and I respect that. But in terms of football management, JZ has barely started his career. He's been in Italy most of his life and clearly understands the calcio culture.
English

@IoSonoInter @XtraAzzurri @Azzurri @FIGC No I’m just giving my opinion, he is comfortable as VP of Inter anyway
English

@DoodleInterista @XtraAzzurri @Azzurri @FIGC You sound like Arrigo Sacchi circa 2015...which is half the problems that plague FIGC
English

@EdenDassidy Clearly, it all started with Jubentus in 2010...A 9-year dynasty, and all they could muster was an early exit in 2010 & 2014. Then it got worse with a massive failure in 2018, all Jubentus players. 2022 still had that jube "dna" with 2 out of 4 titles won leading up to the WC

English

@Juventissimo90s 2018. That jube block of champions really shit the bed, didn't they? What a disaster
English

@GJustjuve But why did we need to suffer twice because of this idiot?
English

@GJustjuve I don't think you know what Karma really means, bud.
In this case, Karma would be, Bastoni gets a red and misses the WC, but Italy qualifies, thus he suffers said Karma.
English

@ItaFootPod Imagine developing a player, a great player, in a manner that makes him & his club successful. Then he is deemed a failure in his NT because the people who run the NT refuse to adapt to modern football. And then they tell that player; your fault, leave the country to start again
English

Should ‘overrated’ Bastoni never play for Italy again? 🇮🇹 🤔

@NerazzurriPirlo I checked the receipts, and it's true
2022WC ❌
Jube 2 of 4 titles
2018 WC ❌
Jube 4 titles in a row
2014 WC out in group stages ❌
Jube 3 titles in a row
English

Started after 2014… with Juve destroying it all like usual
Juventino Gianlu@gianlulamarca
Italy’s worst era… With Inter being the focal point of it all lol

🚨Gabriele Gravina’s Future:
1) He resigns from his role
2) Announces NEW elections
Giancarlo Abete is a name that can surely get consensus of the members. Then there is Giovanni Malagò, the STRONGEST name on the table
