In the Gospels… …far from affirming a 1-time, check-the-box, Jesus Christ demands a perseverance that includes: • Hands on the plough • Willingness to suffer-Lk 9:23 • No looking back to “the world”-Lk 17:32 It’s not positive thinking, but a call to die to self and live for Him. Luke 9:62 KJV And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God. Unfit for the Kingdom of God means fit for eternal despair and everlasting regret. Plough on…

Sometimes it seems like the entire modern Christian message has been co-opted by… …positive thinking. Everything centers on the optimal success, happiness, and genie-in-bottle. What about: -suffering (Phil 3:10) -denial (Mat 16:24) -perseverance (2 Pe 2:21) God’s providence grants what we need, in His timing. Including chastening… May His Spirit bring us, even battered and bruised, to the mark of the prize. 👑 Psalm 39:10 KJ Remove thy stroke away from me: I am consumed by the blow of thine hand.

The Scriptures teach that in Christ Jesus... ...dwell all treasures of wisdom and knowledge (Col 2:3). We should spend more time: -sitting at His feet, studying His Word (Lk 8:35, Lk 10:39) -having mentors who exude Him (1 Cor 11:1) -learning from His example (1 Pe 2:21) 1 Corinthians 1:30 (KJV) But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: Seek more of Him today...

I doubt this: > it comes from your own educated formulations, tech background, personal interest etc This is not true 👇 >The algorithm is matching your ability to make replies at a prompt of another person's post, and compare it to your contents. Replies and posts are different. You can respond to any topic. That doesn't mean your posts should be in sync with the same topic. If this is true then nobody would be able to engage properly with posts by big accounts to complete 5M impressions. Still many were able to do it.

Yes sir Manny. I think many believers try to “pitch the Lord” as merchandise because they have erroneously received Him as though it’s all about the “breakthrough” or some kind of advancement in this life. I’m all for bettering myself, but sometimes it’s about crucifying the old man.

Amen. The heart of the rich is they never need a savior, just someone to affirm their "goodness." Matthew 11:5 KJV The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and 👉the poor have the gospel preached to them.👈

And the original governments federal to state meant there should be no obligation to an established government Christian denomination. They were all Christians and even the most liberal of them were Unitarians or Deists at most. What they did not mean is what modern liberals assume the phrase means.

Atlanta’s international airport on Friday morning is “unbelievable—thousands and thousands of travelers just trying to get through the main TSA checkpoint.” Senators Ossoff and Warnock of Georgia have both voted against funding DHS to pay TSA patriots.

This is vital. I think years of preaching “let-go-and-let-God” antinomian easy-belivism put a stake in the biblical call of perseverance, so much so that when it’s expounded it sounds like work’s righteousness to many. May Christ restore ears to hear His call to strive to enter….

We need more Christians whose faith is like a child's, whose dependence on Jesus is as a branch to its vine, and whose determination is as a marathon runner who will not stop until he makes it to the finish line.

Growth on 𝕏 is not instant. Some days you grow. Some days nothing happens. It can feel slow. It can feel frustrating. But the people who grow are the ones who don’t stop. They keep showing up. They keep learning. They keep improving. That’s the difference.

Very likely some answers and blessings for prayers... ...may not come until after we've left earth (Heb 11:22). But in due time (Lk 18:1), God will be pleased to allow those prayers to "come up for a memorial" before Him. Acts 10:4 (KJV) And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God. Pray for all things trusting in God, through Christ, to answer the prayers of His people

@JacobXingBlog No prayer is wasted, even when answers feel delayed. Some blessings show up here, others wait for eternity, but none are forgotten. God remembers every prayer, and in His time, He brings them up as a memorial before Him.
