Today I reviewed the proof of a paper about ICU diaries and delirium, written by T. Deffner, German ICU psychologist & myself, incl how to write for/to delirious pts and why diaries can help in coping with delirium. Will be published in Crit Care Nurs Clin N Am soon. Stay tuned!
