From selling driver’s licenses to illegal aliens for $200 a pop, to overcharging hardworking Kentuckians $33 million in taxes, to more than $1 BILLION in financial reporting errors—including the underreporting of over $170 million in Medicaid expenditures, putting Kentucky’s federal Medicaid funding at risk—this report exposes stunning levels of incompetence in the executive branch under @AndyBeshearKY. Instead of taking responsibility, the Governor is focused on book deals and presidential ambitions. Rather than doing his job and owning his administration’s failures, he’s dismissing it as a “cheap political stunt” to distract from them. To make matters worse, he’s accusing the Auditor’s Office of leaking the report to the press before its public release—despite having it on his desk for months.
