To complete our KY statewide audit, we provided every finding in the report to the Governor’s admin months in advance. They responded in writing to every finding & agreed openly w/ most of them—all visible in our public report. Despite all this, Beshear said he’d never seen it.

CHFS placed 89 kids expressing runaway behaviors in CHFS office buildings and 10 were placed in hotels. These settings lack controlled access points, perimeter security, or design features intended to prevent unauthorized exit.
