In an effort to continue to repair the brain damage , I’m learning Morse code. My father was EXTREMELY adept at sending, receiving and understanding it through his military/pilot training. It’s something I’ve always wanted to learn , so now’s the time .

Having anxiety and depression for me means falling apart at every little thing, not being able to stop shaking and sweating and crying and lying in bed all day not eating and feeling guilty . I really wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
