i’ve been trying for the last few days to find ample torrents to add them to the archive to no avail. all of them are from 2007-2010 and have barely functioning seeders. it’s just that and youtube uploads which i’m iffy on for compression reasons.

@EE I’ve tried contacting EE via the contact us part of the website but I keep being told our service is fine. I need a wifi booster because the signal is so bad where we use the tv that we’re only getting 15mbps download - signal so bad on phone we can’t even run speed tests

I just don't get it. How the fudge will cutting PIP help people get into work? It's not an out of work benefit but is in fact one of the few benefits that actively help disabled people INTO work.

Labour MPs saying “the clue is in the name” to justify benefit cuts is wildly disingenuous. It co-opts Labour’s history to imply all those that cannot physically labour are somehow excluded from the cause. Being pro-worker does not require being anti-unemployed or anti-disabled.

Given that we're the only UK provider of specialist Worplace Disability Coach training, seems odd we've not been contacted... unless the plan is to deploy untrained pseudo-coaches to coerce disabled people into harmful inaccessible work. 🤨

This case is utterly tragic. A patient experiencing abdominal pain and vomiting was seen by a physician associate and diagnosed with a nosebleed, and was discharged from hospital that same day. She died two days later after having a catastrophic bowel obstruction.
The coroner concluded that the ‘physician associate’ title is misleading to the public and that ‘no steps’ had been taken by NHS staff to correct the family of the false impression that the PA was a doctor.
The coroner also dismissed the hospital’s idea that PAs are equivalent to doctors on the medical rotas, and that ‘blurring roles’ puts lives at risk.
Meanwhile the expansion of the role of PAs within the NHS continues, with the green light also being given to recruit PAs from WHO red list countries.
Patient safety is paramount. @wesstreeting must act now to prevent further cases like this happening.

Banning oppositional voices from discussions on the Assisted Dying Bill is truly shocking.
Holding meetings in private, only inviting evidence from those who support the Bill and excluding those who disagree, including Disabled campaigners, is totally unacceptable.

Extraordinary opening to the assisted suicide committee, so testy that the chair had to intervene. Before the committee was closed to the public we learnt: —Motion to sit without public scrutiny was only proposed last night without explanation —Kim Leadbeater’s reasoning is “respecting individuals’ privacy” (no further explanation) —Leadbeater sent round her witness selection last week, and then changed it; committee only told the changes at 10am today —Proposed witnesses include 8 supporters from other jurisdictions, 0 opponents —Of 9 lawyers, 6 in favour, 3 neutral, 0 against —No witnesses from disability organisations

The act of denying life-saving treatment to someone because of their lack of ability to pay for it is, in fact, murder. You are deliberately killing someone. Denying chemo coverage to a man with treatable cancer and letting it metastasize is an insurance company killing a person.
