@Edward_Norden_ Europa har aldrig varit storslaget som en enad grå massa av stater. Dess storhet har alltid bestått i att vara olika inom samma värderingsmässiga och kulturella referensramar. Vi måste försöka återskapa det tillståndet igen.

Grunden till Europas säkerhetsproblem, sårbarhet och svaga utveckling sitter inte primärt i precis alla andra länder utanför Europa.
Det sitter i ett Europa som är för svagt och internt splittrat.
Inte minst splittrat in i varje nationalstat - genom åratal av dåliga beslut.

the actual quote is... "I am, at the Fed level, libertarian; at the state level, Republican; at the local level, Democrat; and at the family and friends level, a socialist." it's from Nassim Taleb, author of The Black Swan and Antifragile.
But, I think he got the original idea from somewhere else and popularised it. It's basically saying why political systems don't scale.
What he's saying is...
Don’t apply one ideology at every level.
Don’t scale local moral systems (like sharing) up to national policy.
Don’t scale central control down into personal life.
That's the gist of it anyway.

I USA kan man till och med köpa, flytta och döpa om hela laget.

Varför?
För att den består av bolag som köper klubben och hyr in legoknektar så att man sen kan ta hutlöst betalt av arbetarna för att titta på spektaklet, köpa tillbehören och samtidigt vara extremistiskt lojala.

Har glidit runt i pälsmössa hela vintern och tyckt att jag var superhemlig men rycker till av förvåning varje gång som någon känner igen mig.
