You need to figure out if you've put her into a state of arousal. Test it. Walk up to her, put your hand on her phone and press it away. Look at her and say something like "I need you to take off your clothes and get into the bedroom." If she goes, great. If she laughs or is nervous, just stare at her or say "I mean it." If she responds harshly, then she's not attracted to you. If she responds awkwardly or tepidly then you haven't established sufficient sexual arousal leading up to that moment.
