The foreskin needs to be torn off the glans to separate it in order to cut it off.
The frenulum is removed in most cases as it’s not fully developed.
The frenulum remains after an adult circumcision since it’s fully developed.

When done to a baby the glans has a lifetime of desensitization.

If you support circumcision, do it when you're an adult. Don't force it on a baby otherwise we'll see you as someone who likes dissecting and playing with a babies penis without his consent or approval, which I feel we should be able to legally kill those kinds of people since it's worse than pedophilia, but since killing is wrong, and somehow taking a scalpel and removing specialized nerve endings, tiggue, glands, skin to protect sensitivity on a babies penis is legal, those people seem to get a free pass in this world.
