Seven days ago, after 1 month of waiting with no real response from #Latoken, our technical manager informed us that from now on, our issue would be handled by the CEO and CTO. With this information, you would think that as directors, the reputation and credibility of their company must be a major issue and that solutions and answers would be provided quickly. Well, not at #Latoken. Seven days later, their response is still the same: I will provide you with the update soon (see screenshot). What a lack of professionalism, what a shame. We confronted them with their mistake because for a platform of their stature, we can call this a professional error, a fundamental failure of basic security rules. But despite this, they continue to treat us like idiots and remain inactive. Today, the damage caused by their incompetence is done. They allowed hackers to sell AIDP on their platform by tapping into the wallets of their honest users. #Latoken thus used their legitimate customers' AIDP to be sold for $USDT by hackers, allowing them to recover the #USDT. What a lack of professionalism, what a shame. By cutting trading on their platform, all they have left to do is secure their environment, as all the AIDP was sold spontaneously. Even though they’ve proven that they are incapable of determining the right rules (see the screenshot), they only need to copy @xeggex , #Binance, #Mexc, #Gate … Just look at the rules applied to cryptocurrencies equivalent to ours like #RVN, #XNA, #CLORE, #AIPG ... All of which require an average of 30–50 validations before allowing spending. I remind you that #Latoken set this parameter to 5 for AIDP on their platform, which caused the hack of their platform. But no, they still don’t know how to do this and they compare us to #BTC, claiming that with 5 validations, #Bitcoin is secure on their platform and that it's not normal for us not to be. What a lack of professionalism, what a shame. Their incompetence is blatant, and instead of realizing this and improving, they prefer to not respond, delete my support requests on their public TG, and ban me. They also do everything they can to have the messages on Trustpilot about them removed, which are damning. @Latoken_cex , instead of: 1⃣ Losing credibility and seriousness, 2⃣ Treating your users and clients like worthless, 3⃣ Hiding your mistakes instead of correcting them Wouldn’t you want to finally: 1⃣ Try to restore trust, 2⃣ Refund the losses of your clients caused by your mistakes, 3⃣ Correct your security flaws It is more than time to act.
