@virginmedia Nothing. Like I said, the no-show V6 upgrade was cancelled and my bill went up. I want to be able to communicate with someone who is actually able to resolve this issue.

@MickInterrupted [2/2] make sure you don't have any active apps, background apps or notifications as they would be chargeable. Then when you connect to the Data Passport page you will be able to purchase one and won't get extra charges -Scott

@virginmedia Your colleague cancelled the V6, and promised a call back from a supervisor about a refund for the year of service not received. My monthly fee has now gone up! So I'm paying more. Can you see a pattern here?

@virginmedia In a nut shell, everytime I called I was told I would be sent a V6 box, refunded the amount I'd paid so far etc. Following the conversation, I received nothing! No confirmation, no box, no call back.

@virginmedia What I did get this time was an increase in the bill for a service I'm not even getting! Beyond frustrating and I'm curious to know if this is a common issue and how others resolve it. Legal action?

@virginmedia I ordered a V6 box and upgrade and never received the box. 8 have contacted customer service several time and been offered refund for time not getting service & promise of a box and it nothing happens. My last call, I was promised a call back from a supervisor and again, nothing!
