@MiserableMale @ciels_armpits @SBMalus @JahbanksD Note that, for those unfamiliar, "no EVS" actually means that everyone essentially has max EVs in all stats at all times in competitive, as that's how the EV predecessor (stat EXP) worked, all stats just kept gaining it until each maxed out.
