@HeathrowAirport T2 baggage return terrible. Been here over an hour from Singapore airlines flight and still no baggage !!

@greateranglia how can a 9am train from Chelmsford to Liverpool Street be a short five carriage train ??? It’s madness. Standing room only in 2025 !!

@Apple ten attempts to buy some AirPods Pro on your website using both chrome and safari. Every single time an error saying “unfortunately an error occurred please try again later”. I give up. So poor.

@AirCanada I paid $4,500 for a business class flight to London with your airline. At Toronto airport and one lounge refuses me access because I am 30 minutes too early and the other tells me they have a one hour wait time. So poor.

@greateranglia Chelmsford to Liverpool Street at 9.42. Short train again - standing room only. Why at 9.42 are we subjected to short trains with not enough capacity ??

@greateranglia 9am train from Chelmsford to London. Short train with reduced number of carriages at this time of day ?? Makes no sense at all. Absolutely packed with everyone standing !!

@HeathrowAirport why is baggage return in T5 so much worse than T2 ? T2 is great but T5 always seems terrible.

@HeathrowAirport OMG Heathrow Airport - why is T2 so good and T5 so bad ??? Two hours to get through security outbound and now literally thousands of people queuing at passport control in bound at 8pm at night ???

@HeathrowAirport T5 departure security is just a disgrace. Been in the queue an hour and a half and still not at the front. Surely you can do better than this. It’s just embarrassing for the country.

@HeathrowAirport just arrived at T2. Customs cleared, bag collected and out of airport in ten minutes. Third time running. Absolutely amazing yet again.

@HeathrowAirport just wanted to say that my last three or four experiences at Heathrow have been amazing. Clean, modern and spacious. Passport control on arrival in minutes and bags within two minutes too ! Out of the airport in ten minutes ! Amazing !!

@britishairways Düsseldorf airport - only two BA check in desks open for flight to Heathrow. Queue out of the airport building and hardly moving. Ridiculous and poor customer service.

@BandQ @bandq_help 30 minutes holding on the phone to speak to your customer services team. Absolutely terrible customer service !!!
