This deaf woman ordered Wendy's online because she can't talk to order through the drive-thru. She goes to the drive-thru window and tries to show the worker her order, but the worker doesn't want to help her and tells her she has to come inside. Who is right in this situation, and should the worker have helped her? This is a tough situation.

@xoxofwami @SusieM414141 That’s a lie. You can order online at anytime. The app itself has the option to pick your order up inside or via drive thru. The only way they won’t give you the order via drive thru is if it’s a DoorDash or Ubereats order

@SusieM414141 Yea no baby. I was on the deaf girl side to some extend until the YT manager came and told her the EXACT same instruction as the gir was saying 100 TIMES. She should have WENT INSDE. The drive through pickup for online orders is for after hours. Any other time , you go inside !
