Most zombie games feel too ‘gamey’ to me, I want something else. One of the main reasons I started creating Undead Chronicles is simple: I love zombie games, but too many of them feel… safe. Not brutal. Not disturbing. Too “gamey.” One thing I love about TLOU is that it feels very brutal. My goal is to change that a bit and not play safe. I want every encounter to feel raw, heavy, and genuinely unsettling and also scary. Satisfying, brutal zombie combat is the #1 priority for the demo.

Keep in mind this game is built by one person, so the presentation is not like Illfonic's but the mechanics are there, and it's damned good. You WILL feel anxiety while playing this game.

FEAR THE REAPER *is* really Halloween lite. If you want practice at ambushing, similar to how Halloween is going to be, with similar type mechanics & map design (in first person), I would get your practice in with Reaper. My anxiety was up the WHOLE time as resident player.
