@itsginnydi Isn't every D&D game scripted? At least loosely, anyway. A dm has an outline of how they want the story to go and the players help to move the story forward(or backward) with the actions they choose. Like, yeah, it's scripted. But no more or less than any other game.

I sleep 10-12 hours a day. I am privileged to be able to curate my work schedule so I can do this, but when I couldn’t, it was taking a massive toll on my physical and mental health. Sleep needs are physiological needs just as important as food or water (and in fact, lack of sleep can sometimes kill you faster.) addressing your body’s need for sleep is not laziness any more than addressing the basic need for food is gluttony, and different people have different circadian rhythms and sleep needs. Forcing everyone to operate on one singular schedule is a huge cause of mental and physical health problems.
