6 years of work. I went from 109lbs to 150. Natural (yes, really. If you try to argue that this isn’t achievable naturally in SIX YEARS you know nothing). Consistency (not perfection) has been the most important factor. I’m currently on a 97 week streak of hitting the gym a minimum of 4-5 days per week (and that’s just in the app I’m currently using). I walk 10k+ steps per day. I eat 1g of protein per pound of body weight (more if I’m trying to gain). I eat 200+ grams of carbs per day. Unfortunately, if you want the results you have to do the work, and it takes a long time. Fortunately, the work is really rewarding.

I’m interested to see how this compares to my experience of working in a video store in 1999. Generally it felt a lot like the clip in the thing except we were the only store in town that rented porn so we occasionally got some real weirdos
Indie Game Joe@IndieGameJoe

This was a great vid. And I'm here for anyone who debunks slop and does so by thoughtfully reading the source material for otherwise sensational stories.

As many of you know, I work with @Sci_Phile on his YouTube channel covering a variety of science topics with his main content being deeply researched, informative documentaries about nuclear disasters. He recently put out a video called "Tokaimura Tragedy - History's Worst Criticality Accident" which thoroughly debunks the wildly sensational misinformation that many other channels have covered this event with. We believe this video is extremely important educational content and the use of graphic imagery is necessary in order to show the true nature of what happened to Hisashi Ouchi, and what has been used by other sources to create a sensational story. Despite the fact that many other channels use extreme imagery not associated with this event as the thumbnail for their video and are able to make money dishonoring the subject and his family, Kyle's video is the one being demonetized. This video represents hundreds of hours of research, writing, editing, and dedication to setting the record straight in honor of a person who died in a horrible tragedy. I'd appreciate @YouTubeCreators @YouTube taking another look at this one because I don't think the review system got this one right. And any support we can get on this video and Kyle's channel from all of you is truly appreciated! Thank you 💚 youtube.com/watch?v=ecXWHQ…

i have a personal trainer app that keeps track of my streak! i’ve consistently going at least 2x a week for 2 years and i don’t want to see the big number go away 😭 if i really just can’t that day, i’ll reschedule for a day or two later but if i don’t have a real excuse i go and at least try and if i still feel bad i can stop at any time having a buddy to go with who will be sad if you don’t show up is also a great motivator!
