#Security: #Rwanda and the DR Congo has signed a peace agreement after a long period of negotiations. The accord is signed by Presidents Kagame and Tshisekedi on Thursday, December 4, in Washington D.C.

She noted that the gap will be reduced through the construction of the Karenge Water Treatment Plant and other government measures. Once completed, the plant will produce 48,000 cubic meters per day, and construction is currently at 35%.
