No. it was just a proposal. It’s never been written into a law. If Black people want reparations, they should get them from Britain. Britain passed a law and paid reparations to the ancestors from European slaves. But the American slaves that the King approved to be sold in America did not receive reparations from the British empire. The other possible route would be to get reparations from Africa for capturing their ancestors and selling them like cattle.
