@jbhrdumdutdada @mraimonditv @boston25 debris is most likely what floated off the deck. the boat either iced up took on water and rolled or had something catastrophic break allowing water to over take the vessel. very sad all around but a very seasoned captain and crew.

NEW: @boston25 has learned that 22-year-old Jada Samitt was one of the people on board the Gloucester boat that sank Friday. Family tells me she moved from Virginia to MA to study environmental biology. Being on the crew was her first big job at sea and was "her dream"
