@premierinn That's my only options but I click on the message thing and the screen just flashes and goes back. All I want to know is I've booked a family room for 1 adult and 1 child but now my partner and other child wants to stay aswell. Can they just come along?

@premierinn Waste of money. No sleep and denied refund because I did not report this until the morning. To report it in middle of night, would have had to go out in dark to separate building where Reception is. Manager said there’s problem, after spending 5 minutes in room!

@premierinn The problem is we are at a wedding today and didn’t get into the room until 12 pm if everyone stays in there room till 12pm how can you offer 11 am check in.
