Apparently if you amend a booking with #PremierInn to an alternative date, and you see this:
‘You have changed your booking from 2025-12-31 for 2 nights to 2026-04-04
for 2 nights’
It does NOT mean your booking has been changed! 🤷♂️
@premierinn what a joke, booked into Premier inn Beverley, on early check in and can’t get in. told it’s only early if people come out of their room. how can you offer something that you can’t give. not happy

I’ve stayed in about 7 @PremierInns_UK in the last month and they are all really going down hill. Staff grumpy, food and drink always out of stock. Everything is too much effort for everyone. Someone needs to get this chain back on track. #premierInn
@premierinn Your system of having to request a room service on a daily basis is terrible. I am currently staying in Blackfriars and we requested a room service which never happened. Why can’t you express your wish to have the room serviced when you check in?
