Rh misleading again! The SEC case has nothing to do with code (language) and the privacy laws around it. It's about offering unregistered securities, fraudulently raising 1 billion dollars from investors and market manipulation. The code is irrelevant!!

@n884lfe Lol that's a verry weird comparison 😅 but anyway yes I'm confident. The SEC have alot of evidence to prove every element beyond a reasonable dout. And in a civil case the burden of proof is much lower. Reasonable possibility 🤔
