@webafrica Hi. Thanks to my super patient hubby and finally getting through to the sympathetic ear of Lisa Minaar and Francois Damon yes it was resolved. But my question still stands, why not record monitor calls? Why not follow up people who close calls? Why did it take 2 months??

@webafrica it’s been a frustrating couple of days calling your call center and using your WhatsApp line to no assistance. Surely you have an escalation number for queries which remain unresolved but keep being closed? What do you define as #GOODservice ? Surely not this?

@FlySafair having diligently bought an additional bag online, the airline refused to carry the contents and I was forced to pay 3x the amount to have it couriered to JHB from CPT. Getting a refund for the unused bag I’m shunted from pillar to post! Why? #payMeBack!

If FRA only advance when they have a PRACTICE shot at the penalty, says a lot about the quality of FIFAWW19 final. Reality is, even if Naija goalie did NOT move, Renard would NOT have scored that penalty. Rules aside, French team win is not evidence of better team advancing.

Extremely proud of our Super falcons of Nigeria vs France at the world cup. These girls gave it everything against a French side cheered on by a near full stadium & a doubtful retaken penalty. I am sad,disappointed, but proud of these girls!
