100% correct. Not a single penny. My ex was in a bad accident and had a very hard time finding work. I didn’t want to add to his stress so I refused child support. Which meant getting off of gov assistance (they would make him pay) and pushing through for my kids. I did the hard things so my kids wouldn’t have to deal with their dad being put in jail continually for non-payment. I had personal experience and I didn’t want that for them or him. That’s not to say he didn’t buy them a few things here and there for birthdays and Christmas but that’s the extent of it.

Well that is unfortunate. But you sound like a hard worker and a good role model for your kids. Hey life isnt easy, but I bet when you hug or see your kids you get a sense that you'd do it all over again for them. And I know you love em without fail. We all struggle but dont let this world beat you down. Stay positive. I didn't come here to tear anyone down I just feel blessed and privileged to be born in America. And I think sometimes we forget that we are so blessed to be American. And as a man I feel and hurt and life is unfair sometimes but as men we know, nobody cares. LOL 😆
