It was an honor to visit your husband’s grave today on your behalf, and to pay my respects. It was wonderful to see the beautiful flowers representing many others who did the same. Our nation owes a debt of gratitude to those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and to the loved ones they left behind. Thank you for your service and sacrifice @SharrellAnne2 🙏🏽

My fellow Americans, This Memorial Day, honor the Americans who gave their last full measure of devotion for this Republic, starting with the patriots of the Revolutionary War who defied an empire for liberty, all the way through the fields of Gettysburg, the beaches of Normandy, the jungles of Vietnam, and the mountains of Afghanistan. They didn't fight for a perfect nation. They fought for a free one, and they paid for it with their blood. The best way to honor their sacrifice isn't with a flag emoji or a backyard cookout. It's by refusing to let what they fought for slip away while we sit on the couch scrolling. Their courage bought us this country. The least we can do is defend it. Get off the sidelines. Volunteer. Knock doors. Become a precinct committeeman. Show up at school board meetings. Run for local office. Push back against the bureaucrats and radicals who are eroding everything those heroes died to protect. This nation doesn't stay free on autopilot. It requires citizens willing to do the unglamorous work of self-government. They did their part on the battlefield. It's your turn at home. Do it for the country they loved more than their own lives. God bless our fallen. Chicago has been destroyed by race-based districts. The officials who got elected here like Bobby Rush, Jonathan Jackson, the aldermen etc. all stood by while the Southside decayed, fell to crime and wasted away. The governor of Indiana suspended their gas tax, why hasn’t the whining Governor Pritzker? He prefers to manipulate and pass the blame to others instead of serve his citizens. Governors have power. Pritzker only uses his to steal taxes and enrich himself through NGO’s. Demand that Pritzker suspends the gas tax now!!

This is Indiana’s gas prices. Our problem is NOT Trump or the Iran war. Our problem is greedy Democrat governors with Pritzker and Newsom being some of the worst examples. Place blame where it should lie. Governors matter more than Presidents when it comes to situations like this. Blame Pritzker.

Congress has until July 4th to stop Planned Parenthood from continuing to receive our taxpayer dollars. The @GOP refusing to act would be a betrayal of the pro-life values they campaign on, voters expect, and mothers and babies depend on. Taxpayer dollars should never fund the abortion industry. Make elections fair again by returning to pre-printed ballots and voting organized by Precinct. It’s really not complicated.

@themodpun The area where the abandoned brown building is and the closed kfc, once had a huge bakery on the same block ,DRESSELS, black owned store called Sugars, store that we called "The Game Room", there were black owned shoe repair, Cleaners, Photography, Floral stores and a Harold's
