@NandosUK I had an issue with a large food order for collection with missing items. The store told me email customer service to get refund for missing items. It's been a week and a half and I have had no response. Can you please help?

@UberUKsupport So I ordered food from McDonald's. None of the food arrived but only the drinks. Called the delivery driver and he said he checked with them 3 times that the order was right so he couldn't help. Now all I have is the drinks and no food and been told by support no refund

Absolutely joke of a company @virginmedia second time my installation has been moved!! Honestly Sky is just so much better when it comes to services and customer service. I thought I'd give Virgin Media a go and switch from Sky but its just a joke

@virginmedia I raised a complaint through the complaints process the last time my installation was cancelled and I still haven't had a response from anyone at Virgin Media. Do I just carry on paying my current provider high prices and continue to wait for Virgin Media to one day install

@virginmedia I don't know, something to do with the cables and external eork. But this has happened twice!!! How long do I have to wait!!!! But how long am I supposed to wait. My current service is high prices because I am out of contract. I have to suffer and wait constantly for Virgin Media

@lastminute_com Been waiting for a refund for 2weeks as part of the free cancellation policy. Everytime I call customer service they say we are checking and then put me on hold and cut me off. What is going on???

@AskAmexUK The app works for the first time once I have reinstalled it so won't be an issue with 6.0 and it use to work fine about 6months ago. I contacted the developer email but have just been ignored. There is no point in me using the card if I can't check my transactions

@AskAmexUK Been having problems with the Amex app for android. Unable to log in as I get an error saying try again later. Have to uninstall and reinstall to be able to view transactions for one time but after I have logged out and try to log back in I get the same error
