@greateranglia Apparently the 10:14 stopped at the wrong bus stop and drive off with no passengers. I have managed to squeeze onto the 10:47am but have no seat so will not have to spend the next hour standing.

@greateranglia I have been here since 10am. I asked staff, (who were all “hiding” inside the station and not visible to customers), they told me the bus was due 10:14am and pointed me to where to wait. That bus has not arrived, please provide an explanation.

@greateranglia Waiting doe 10:14am rail replacement service from Bishops Stortford to Broxbourne. Still no sign of the bus and not one member of staff anywhere close to the stop (opposite the station), to answer customer questions.
