Steam Frame is Linux on ARM.
Windows->Linux = Proton
x86-64 ->ARM = FEX
Android -> Linux = Waydroid/Lepton
For most of Steam Catalogue, Proton+FEX will be required.
For Quest APKs just Lepton will be required.
