Two days into my local models deep dive, my take, even with great products like @ollama and @lmstudio running local models is no joke. There is still a lot of room here to make this technology accessible, with a stack built for productivty.

lot of posts confused why AI in a cli form factor is so popular it's the classic "just use x" where in this case x is a gui and whenever someone says just use x they're just failing to understand how big and diverse and complex the world is the thing with a cli is it can run almost anywhere - interactively as a tui, in scripts headlessly, in your ci people don't get how rigid companies development setup can be - down to the editor so making something easy to incrementally adopt is the #1 thing leads to growth and that's why you're seeing the growth
