You know, I have noticed something whenever I come across videos like this. A woman throws the first blow, is met with the same courtesy, and then some chump comes running to save her, only to end up flat on the ground. It is a pattern I have seen often enough to no longer dismiss as coincidence. I think there’s a lesson here and the lesson is this: when you rush to protect what is clearly in the wrong, it has a way of turning on you; embarrassing you, exposing you, and reminding you, a little too late, that what you thought made sense never did.

Everytime we host events, we screen the quality of people who have access and hold mics to our speakers and guests. It's ridiculous that someone this tacky and disorganized should be holding a mic to Omotola's mouth. There's a reason media outlets send some of their finest to cover red carpet at top events. There's a reason journalists also dress up, beat their face up and prepare for red carpet coverage. There are standards to these things and we have to bring it back. We can't throw standard away just because anyone can now hold a mic. Celebrities are humans too and this messy attempt at an interview should typically piss anyone off.

My girlfriend then (Now ex) will always ask me if my best friend was aware that he was my best friend. The question always sounds weird to me but I'd dismissed it. One day while we were on the phone, I was speaking highly of my friend over a situation we just handled, she got angry and yelled "Can you just stop talking about him like that?" I got mad too cos I was tired of her having issues with him for no reason. In the heat of the argument, she sent me multiple explicit pictures of him he had been sending to her. Before I could process what I was seeing, she sent in screenshots of their conversations, the terrible things he had said about me to her and how he was a better choice than me. Apparently, she had been wanting to tell me about it for long but she saw how blinded I was about the brotherhood, so she needed a solid evidence. Did I confront him over it? lol nah Till date, I never mentioned it to him, I just drifted away from the friendship. This happened in 2017 but I still keep in touch (both of them) till date.
