This is totally false. The bill does not "force promotion" of anything. The bill would require a developer of a high-risk system to "use reasonable care to protect consumers from any known or reasonably foreseeable risks of algorithmic discrimination in the high-risk system" and to make system information and documentation accessible to the user. Colorado wants to force Grok to follow its views on equity and race, instead of being maximally truth-seeking.
